Thai Poly Shawn BD Ltd. Dhaka
Total automation of the head office of Thai Poly Plastic Company and make it online with factory located at Kachpur. Personnel Management, Inventory, Order Processing and Accounts are included in the project. MS SQL Server 7.0, Visual Basic 6.0 and ASP 3.0 have used to develop the project.
Personnel Management Systems:
Employees all the records like joining, promotion, discharge, increment; leave can be tracked using this personal management. Payroll system is included in this module. Using this payroll monthly salary, Eid bonus, provident fund, salary advance, house rent and other allowances of Thai Poly are managed.
Inventory Management Systems:
Thai Poly imports different materials. This inventory system is used to maintain stock of raw material, allocation, and issue for production. In a word the total raw material is managed by this inventory system.
Order Processing:
Customers give order at Dhaka office; many of the orders come from foreign buyers through fax. They insert these orders in central database. New orders are sent to factory twice a day automatically using a dial up connection.
Accounts:
This accounts software is capable to maintain accounts department of any type of organization form small to large. Feathers are payments, receipts, petty cash, and journal entry, bank reconciliation. Expenses and earns are recorded in this software. RLC operation is also recorded here form beginning to end.

Dacca Warehouse Ltd. Dhaka
Dacca Warehouse is a bonded warehouse where buyers having diplomatic status can shop. We developed the total office automation of Dacca Warehouse. It includes Order Processing, Sales System, Accounts and Online Order Entry. Barcode Reader facility is included in this system. MS SQL Server 7.0, Visual Basic 6.0, ASP 2.0 is using in the Windows NT 4.0 platforms.
Order Processing:
Dacca Warehouse imports duty free product to sale. They have different suppliers in different countries. This module manage suppliers list, list of ordered item, list of received item, shipment of ordered item and integrate it with sales system.
Sales System:
Dacca Warehouse is a bonded warehouse. Only those who have the diplomatic status can shop here. All customers' information is recorded here. Customer can buy up to there allocation fixed up by foreign ministry. To make sales system smooth, we have used barcode reader. Users can generate customized report and add that report to sales system.
Accounts:

Online Order Entry:

Barcode Reader:
When ordered items come from suppliers, Item codes are inserted using barcode reader. At sales counter barcode reader is used to speed up the sales.

Touch Tone, Dhaka
Touch Tone is an Internet fax service company that gives end-users fax facility with a minimum cost through Internet. We developed billing software for Internet fax. The clients' activities are recorded into a SQL Server 6.5 Database at different locations like Chittagong, Rajshahi, and Khulna etc. This information is collected in a central SQL Server 7.0, located at Dhaka (Real-time) and the final bill for the client is generated from this server. We have established WAN links from Chittagong, Rajshahi, and Khulna to Dhaka.

Basically an indenting and inventory management software ware developed for RH Corporation (one sister concern of Aziz Group of Industries) that deals with indenting & Stock N Sales of textile chemical goods business. This Oracle based software made RH ideally a paperless office.
